A press-welding machine which simplifies the work of attaching terminals (t) to wires (22) and improves productivity, including a rotary press die (16) rotatably disposed and having a plurality of dies (25) formed at a predetermined pitch on the outer circumference thereof, a guiding means for guiding a chained terminal (20) having a plurality of terminals provided (t) at the same pitch as that of the dies (25), and a press punch (64) having a protruding die (64a) at its tip and disposed opposite the dies (25) in such a manner that it can be moved toward and away from the dies (25). The chained terminal (20) needs only to be set only once, eliminating the need for the press tool to grip the terminals one by one.
