The invention concerns a heating panel comprising at least a heating electric resistor (2) and having one apparent front surface (4) defined by a natural/artificial stone or glass plate (3), in particular a marble plate, and a rear surface (6) defined by a second plate (5) substantially equal in dimension to the first plate (3), the heating electric resistor (2) being sandwiched between these two plates (3, 5).
