One end of the two-part housing element (1) is connected to an active electrode (7), and the other end has a connection (3), especially plug, for providing power. The connection is formed from part of the housing element. The connection is joined to the handle (2) of the housing element, with a seal (13), e.g. an O-ring. The front of the housing element has at least one manipulating piece (8) connected to a control (6).
