A stator 18, having a longitudinal axis 22, comprises an outer shroud block 16, with opposing and longitudinally outward facing first and second sides 24,26, having open slots 38,50. A ceramic inner shroud 12, has longitudinally inwardly facing hook portions 28,30 which surround a portion 24,26 of the sides of the outer shroud block 16, and are engaged with, and are positioned within, the open slots. Compliant members 46,60 contained within metal clips 48,62, cushion the hooks in the slots. |
