Base for an electromagnetic switch device, particularly a protective switch

The socket part of an electromagnetic device is mounted on a baseplate (1). The socket contains the core (2) of the electromagnet, a magnetic coil (5), a circuit board (10) with additional elements and contacts (16,17) for external connections to be made. The circuit board is located between the baseplate and the core. Connector tracks (12,13,14) on the board are engaged by spring contact elements. The coil unit is produced with contacts (23) on the underside and guides (7) locate on base features.
