Two holder elements are provided which accept the oppositely-disposed end sections of the fittings. Each holder element has a space(8) for a section of the fittings and the space is in communication by a channel or cut with the outer side of the holder element. Independent claims are included for a transfer system for window or door fittings using the proposed holder arrangement, and a procedure for carrying out the transfer.
