Water-cooled gas supply device includes water supply system supplying coolant water to each of several work chambers to discharge heat produced therein and drain off condensation
摘要
The gas supply device includes a drive shaft for taking up drive force from a drive source and a locally fixed element and a movable element enclosed by an outer housing. Water is supplied to each of several fluid-tight work chambers set in the hollow chamber defined by the locally fixed element to discharge the heat which is produced in each of the work chambers. Gas is introduced through inlets into the work chambers during movement of the movable element so that as a result of a change in the volumes of the work chambers the gas is subjected to either compression or expansion. The gas is discharged from the work chambers with expansion or compression through a gas outlet and a drainage device guides the coolant water to the outside of the outer housing element when it leaks out from the work chambers into the inside of the outer housing element.
