Needles (2) are arranged in a flexible mat with a defined spacing between them. The needles have a conical tip whose surface bulges outwards. The needle diameter is 0.4-0.6 mm. The needles may be made of silver. The needles are spaced at intervals of 4-10 mm. The mat may be made with two electrically conductive, flexible layers (3,4) on its underside, with electrical contact between one layer and alternate needles. An insulating layer (5) is provided between the layers.
