<p>The drink is used in the food industry. It has improved nutritive and taste qualities and, depending on its components, is suitable for dietetic feeding, at normal food regimen by all groups of the population and in high-calory feeding. The lactic acid drink is a mixture of whey, skimmed yoghourt and sweeteners in ratio 5:10:5 to 65: 25:10. It is stabilized by a stabilizer, aromatized with flavours and alcohol fruits and coloured by water soluble colourants allowed by the Ministry of Health. The manufacture of this drink shall reduce environmental pollution from byproducts produced during the manufacture of cheeses and butter. 3 claims</p> |
