The present invention relates to a modular element bearing construction, and being specifically designed for an easy assembling, being characterized in that the ladder comprises a plurality of structural sheet metal elements (1), substantially equal to one another, having a substantially cross configuration, in which are defined assembling holes (6-9) near the end portions of the four arms of the cross (2-5), the structural elements being provided for mutual association by means of screws engaged in the assembling holes so as to define the net or grid constructions constituting the legs of the ladder, in said structural elements further holes or perforations being moreover provided for connecting the ladder steps.
