PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have an advantage that noise effect is reduced by using a 3R reproducer, thus selecting a longer distance between individual optical amplifiers, by equipping the 3R reproducer which comprises a transmission system path including a transmitter, a receiver and an optical amplifier and connects the receiver to a transmitter of a following transmission link. SOLUTION: A transmission link 10 has a transmitter 1, a receiver 8 and a transmission system path 3. The transmission system path 3 includes optical fiber amplifiers 4 and a fiber section 7 having different distribution characteristics between the optical fiber amplifiers 4. A signal to be transmitted by way of several optical fiber amplifiers 4 and the fiber section 7 is supplied to a demultiplexer 6 of the receiver 8. A distributed channel passes a 3R reproducer 16 and recovers an amplitude, a shape and a temporal position of a signal. A signal stream reconstituted by a signal stream including a lot of noise is formed by using the 3R reproducer 16 such as this. |
