PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the occurrence of a data error due to dependency and to execute a plurality of instructions out of order like parallel processing. SOLUTION: An instruction fetch unit 106 which provides instructions to an instruction window and an execution unit 107 which execute the instructions out of order are included and the execution unit includes a load store unit which is so adapted as to send load requests out of order to a memory system and make store request in order, and the load store unit includes an address path, an address conflict means and a data path which arrays data sent back from an memory system 110 and arrays correctly data on a word border and send them back from the memory system to the execution unit so as to manage addresses relating to an instruction being executed and provide addresses to the memory system 110. |
