PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of distributed capacitances produced by the attachment of the switching device in a switching regulator whose radiating plate is grounded thus reducing noise stably. SOLUTION: An AC voltage from an AC power supply 1 is inputted to a diode bridge 3 through a noise filter 2 and converted into a DC voltage. The DC voltage is inputted to a DC-DC converter 5 through an active filter 4 and outputted to the outside after DC-DC conversion. Switching devices Q1 and Q2 are attached to a radiating plate with an insulating sheet therebetween. Capacitors Ca1 and Cb2 are connected in series to distributed capacitances Ca and Cb between the switching devices Q1 and Q2 and the radiation plate and are connected to a ground FG2.
