摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistance and low resistance hole carrier material having high glass-transition temperature and having the capability of lowering voltage for driving an organic thin film electroluminescence element, and an organic thin film electroluminescence element using its material. SOLUTION: This organic thin film electroluminescence element intervening at least one organic thin film layers between a pair of electrodes contains a heat resistance and low resistance hole transport material expressed by the formula in the organic thin film layer. In the formula, A1 and A2 are independently selected from a group having a benzene ring and naphthalene ring of a tolyl group, a phenyl group, a naphthyl group or the like.
