PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high security effect, to prevent the check omission of the stored sheet number of high denomination paper monies and to suppress the wrongdoing of an operator. SOLUTION: The fixing of a fixing means fixing a coin storage part to the opening part of a money case is released (S3) only when a high denomination paper money reception declaring means declares the transfer of high denomination paper monies (Y of S1 and Y of S2). When the detachment of a coin storage part from the opening part of the money case is not detected by a sensor (N of S5), the effect is informed (S8). When the detachment of the coin storage part from the opening part of the money case is detected by the sensor (Y of S5), the received/paid numbers of monies, which are inputted by a number input means, are sequentially integrated (S6) and the numbers are displayed on a display unit (S7). Thus, high security effect is obtained, the check omission of the stored sheet number of high denomination paper monies is prevented and the wrongdoing of an operator is suppressed.
