PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the composite electronic device to use communication data received through a portable telephone section for image display or the like in a navigation system section and to surely exchange information with a plurality of opposite parties with a high efficiency. SOLUTION: The composite electronic device is provided with a data link section 93 that links a navigation system section 11 and a portable telephone set section 12 to bring the both into a state of mutual data transmission reception, a communication data coding section 92 that applies coding processing to the communication data obtained at the navigation system, section 11 and supplied to the portable telephone set section 12 through the data link section 93 so as to bring the signal based thereon into a state of being transmitted by a transmission processing section of the portable telephone set section 12, and a communication data decoding section 92 that applies decoding processing to the communication data obtained through a reception processing section of the portable telephone set section 12, supplies the data based thereon to the navigation system section 11 through the data link section 93 and allows an image display section 46 to display information depending on the data. |
