PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a distribution of values of microscopic 1st physical quantities for obtaining a distribution of desired 2nd physical quantities. SOLUTION: The product of a transposed matrix CzT of a matrix composed of column vectors generated by standarizing the respective column vectors of a system matrix C and the standardized vector Y/|Y|of an output vector Y representing a specific distribution is calculated ST3 as an initial approximate vector X(1), an approximate vector X(n+1) is calculated ST5 and ST6 by repeating the calculation of an equation X(n+1)=X(n)+CzT.(Y/|Y|-(C.X (n))/|C.X(n)|), and an approximate vector Xe is divided by the ratio of the maximum value of the element of the vector of the product of the final approximate vector Xe and system matrix C and the maximum value of the element of the output vector Y to calculate an input vector X ST10.
