PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely guarantee temporary continuous processing only for the previously determined (or specified from the external) number of times by continuously executing processing only by the specified number of times when a continuous processing request to be non-periodically or periodically inputted is inputted to a processing circuit for executing processing only by the fixed number of times within a fixed period and masking a processing control signal inputted thereafter only by continuously processed volume. SOLUTION: In the processing frequency guarantee circuit, a 1st counter 10 decreases provided continuous processing frequency in each input of a shortest processing period signal inputted from the external and an enable signal is continuously inputted to a processing circuit 30 until the count value becomes '0'. When the value of the 1st counter becomes '0', a 2nd counter 20 decreases the continuous processing frequency in each input of the shortest processing period signal and the input of the enable signal to the circuit 30 is inhibited until the value of the counter 20 becomes '0'.
