PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which can obtain output image data containing the decreased components to be turned into the folded distortions, even wen the image data are reduced and also can prevent the vertical stripes appearing on the image signals to be outputted, even when the reduction processing is carried out to thin out the pixels at the same position and on every horizontal image line. SOLUTION: A reduction control circuit 2 controls thin out of pixels and also low-pass filtering processing, when image data are reduced. a digital filter circuit 3 is controlled by the circuit 2 to perform the two dimensional digital filtering processing between the horizontal image lines adjacent to each other and at the vicinity of the pixel to be thinned out in the reduction processing with different value amounts. |
