PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent cross polarization characteristic independently of frequencies by configuring a mirror system to satisfy a specific condition in an offset antenna that has a primary radiator and a plurality of (two or over) reflecting mirrors. SOLUTION: In the antenna having the primary radiator and a plurality of (optical) the reflecting mirrors, a wave cross polarized wave eliminating condition holds, and its conditional expression satisfies a geometrical conditional expression, where fn is a focal distance of a reflecting mirror #n,σn is an angle between an incident wave of a ray onto the reflecting wave #n along with a center axis of the primary radiator and a reflected wave, dn is a propagation distance of the ray along the center axis of the primary radiator between a reflecting mirror #(n-1) and the reflecting mirror #n, Rn is a radius of curvature of a incident wave front of the reflecting mirror #n, and Rn' is a radius of curvature of a reflected wave front of the reflecting mirror #n. Since the wave cross polarized wave eliminating condition is the geometrical conditional expression independently of frequencies, the mirror face system satisfying this condition is independent of frequencies and generates no cross polarized component.
