PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user of each extension telephone set to more properly discriminate the propriety and priority of reception on the arrival of an incoming call to an external line. SOLUTION: When a server device 210 receives a notice of a caller telephone number of an incoming all that is informed of from a public telephone network 200 through an external line adaptor 201 and arrived on an external line, the server device 210 retrieves information of a customer such as the name of the customer corresponding to the caller telephone number from the database and allows the display panel 230 and the client device 240 to display the external line receiving the incoming call and the retrieved information of the customer.
