PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance stiffness of a communication system while allowing the user to be unconscious of encryption or management of an encryption key by using digital block encryption in information communication. SOLUTION: An integer array generated from an integer array or a random number extracted from a chaos time series is used for an encryption key, an encryption list and a decoding list and encryption/decoding is conducted through the retrieval of a digital block. Furthermore, a function of collating the encryption key is added and they are installed in an industrial general-purpose CPU one chip.
