PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter which is small-sized, has low loss and is easily manufacturable with respect to a dielectric filter that is used for various radio communication devices, etc. SOLUTION: This dielectric filter which is small-sized, has low loss and is easily manufacturable is provided by parallelly providing plural through holes 12A and 12B in a dielectric block 11, forming grooves 13A and 13B around the open parts of the through holes at a 1st end plane being one of the two end surfaces where the through holes are opened, forming conductors on inner surfaces of the grooves 13A and 13B and the through holes 12A and 12B to be made as inner conductors 14A and 14B and intra-groove conductors 16A and 16B, connecting the inner conductors and the intra-groove conductors at the open parts of the through holes, connecting the inner conductors 14A and 14B to an outer conductor at a 2nd end plane and forming the open parts at inner parts from the open end parts of the dielectric block 11.
