PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue automatically approximate control allowed by control command information when reproducing signal information is reproduced by a required operation. SOLUTION: It is judged whether an access designating a program number (PGN#n) is allowed or not in a step (11). The control command of the program access (PGN#n) is issued in a step (13) or the control command of the program access (PGN#n) is issued in a step (14). It is judged whether a reproducing procedure is defined singly (one sequential program chain title) or not in a step (15) and, further, it is judged whether an access designating a reproducing time is allowed or not in a step (16). Then, the control command of a reproducing time access (0) is issued in a step (18) or the control command of the reproducing time of the leading cell (cell) of the program number (PGN#n) of the access object program is issued in a step (20).
