摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the miniaturization of the height direction of a device by forming a bent part such as that a part which is overlapped with at least a disk transferring means can obtain a larger distance than those of other parts at the time the disk transferring means is made to be away from a disk on a clamping arm. SOLUTION: After a disk 101 is clamped by allowing a mechanical chassis 63 to move in a direction perpendicular to the recording surface of a disk 101 and also by allowing a clamper 71 to move so as to go close to the disk 101, a disk driving mechanism 40 and a guide means 50 can be made to be away from the disk 101 by moving them in the direction of the arrow D and in the direction of the arrow E by a pulley/guide driving mechanism 85. A clamping arm 72 is supported on the base chassis 63 supported on dampers. The clamping arm 72 moves by the vibration in a reproduction state, but since a distance with the guide means 50 is sufficiently provided with the bent part 74 of the arm 72, the clamping arm 72 can go close to the disk 101.
