PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound warning device by which a wiring against the house receiver of the sound warning device to be extended is not necessary to be shifted at the time of extending the sound warning device and with which complicated data setting is not required and to provide a fire informing system for apartment house using the sound warning device. SOLUTION: Data are set so that a route inputting a fire area signal showing a breaking out floor from a first input terminal and a route inputting an immediately above floor ringing signal from an immediately above floor ringing signal input terminal are made to be different, and the contents of sound warning signals outputted from an output terminal and the content of output terminal data are changed at a time when the immediately above floor ringing signal is inputted to the immediately above ringing signal input terminal and a time when the fire area signal is inputted to the first input terminal are inputted. A memory card storage part 21 storing a memory card 20 storing data for generating the sound warning signal for extension is installed and the memory card 20 is installed in the memory card storage apart 21. Thus, the sound warning signal is generated based on a data table for extension 19 and output terminal data is outputted.
