PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the nursing service system where a PHS telephone system is used so as to allow a client to receive required services, without depending on verbal requests and notices. SOLUTION: This nursing service system uses a PHS telephone system having a telephone station 1, an information center 2 a base station 3 and a PHS and a service provision request signal is sent to the information center. The PHS terminal 4 has a service provision request function in addition to a push- button switch function for executing a substantial PHS terminal function. The service provision request function is a function, that sends a predetermined service provision request signal to the information center 2 together with a client ID through the base station 3, and this is realized through push-button switch operation by the client and also an automatic transmission through a sensor sending a mechanical, electrical or chemical state change. The information center 2 copes with the request of the client through a telephone network based on an access point, an ID and personal information of the client with respect to the access from the PHS terminal 4 by the client.
