PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and the system for controlling an outgoing call and an incoming call where the call can be transferred even when a telephone number of a transfer destination is unknown. SOLUTION: The private telephone system has at least plural trunk line interfaces I/F1-I/Fb connectable to a PBX 1, plural radio repeaters CS1-CSd, plural mobile radio terminals PS1-PSc that connect to the radio repeaters CS 1-CSd, and a controller 2 that controls the entire system and where the devices except plural mobile radio terminals PS1-PSc are interconnected by a LAN. The controller 2 groups the mobile radio terminals PS1-PSc and transfers a speech to the mobile radio terminal PS3 that makes entry of a transfer urge special number when the mobile radio terminal PS1 enters a transfer permission entry and the other mobile radio terminals PS3 in the same group enters the transfer urge special number.
