PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip line-waveguide conversion device which has a small quantity of reflection and radiation and has a small quantity of transmission loss and whose transmission signal frequency band is wide. SOLUTION: This strip line-waveguide conversion device performs magnetic field coupling of a waveguide 10 and a strip line 30 having a ground electrode 31a that is electrically connected to one conductor layer 11a constituting a wall surface of the waveguide with plural slots 20a, 20b, 40a and 40b. The center distance of adjacent slots is equal to or shorter than the wavelength of a transmission signal within the strip line 30, the width of a slot in the running direction of the transmission signal within the strip line 30 ranges between 1/6 and 1/2 of the wavelength of the transmission signal, and a slot in a perpendicular direction to the running direction of the transmission signal within the strip line 30 is equal to or wider than 1/2 wavelength of the transmission signal. |
