PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the invasion infiltration of water from a part except for the gap between a stator and a rotor in a constitution, where the motor of an outer rotor-type is used and a fan is installed on the outer side of a rotor yoke in the rotor. SOLUTION: A rotor magnet 63 of a rotor 26, arranged to cover a stator 23 from outside faces the outer peripheral face of a stator core 45 via a gap 67. A fan 27 is installed on the outer side of a rotor yoke 62. A cylinder part for sealing 29 installed in a press-fitting state between the cylinder part 27 of a bracket 35 in a rear bearing assembly 22 and the engagement hole 53 of a molding layer 50 in the stator 23 is integrally provided in the peripheral edge part of the bracket insertion hole 28 of a motor frame 21. A cylindrical space part 54 is formed between the motor frame 21 and the molding layer 50 by positioning it on the outer side of the cylindrical part for sealing 29.
