PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify the fault part of plural AD converters by installing a control circuit receiving digital data from the plural AD converters and receiving a reference value from a storage circuit and comparing digital data with the reference value by the control circuit. SOLUTION: A CPU 7 receives digital data Da and Db through a data bus 5 and compares digital data Da and Db with a reference value (expectation value) judging whether a fault which ROM 8 has exists or not. When digital datum Da is within a reference range, an analog part 4Aa and a digital part 4Da are normal. When it is not, at least, the analog part 4Aa or the digital part 4Da is judged to be abnormal. When digital datum Db is within the reference range, the analog part 4Ab and the digital part 4Db are normal. When it is not, the analog part 4Ab or the digital part 4Db is judged to be abnormal. |
