PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element with high stability for a long period of time by including a specified repeating units A, B derived from a specified monomer, and a specified polyether copolymer derived from a specified reactive group monomer or a crosslinked material of the copolymer, and an oxidation-reduction pair comprising combination of iodine and an iodine compound or combination of bromine and a bromine compound. SOLUTION: A polymer solid electrolyte is a polyether copolymer or a crosslinked material of the copolymer having repeating unit of 95-5 mol% derived from a monomer represented by formula I of A [in the formula, R1-R3 are a hydrogen atom or -CH2O(CH2CH2O)mR, (n) and R may be different between Rl-R3, and Rl-R3 are not a hydrogen atom at the same time. R is selected from 1-12C alkyl groups, and (n) is 1-12], repeating unit of 95-5 mol% derived from a monomer represented by formula II of B, and repeating unit of 0-15 mol% derived from a reactive group containing monomer represented by formula III or formula IV [in the formulas, R4 and R5 are a reactive functional group such as ethylene unsaturated group], and having a weight average molecular weight of 104-107. |
