PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device securing an insulating withstand voltage required of a power supply circuit while the connector form remains a one for signal transmission of compact construction. SOLUTION: Sockets 6 are inserted in holes 5A provided in an electric insulator 5 made of thermo-setting resin or ceramics and arranged independently at a certain pitch. A wiring material 11 has a plug 12 arranged so that posts 14 held independently by an electric insulator 13 made of thermo-setting resin or ceramics are put in pressure contact and engagement with the sockets 6. Even if Joule's heat is produced in the part with electric contact (a), the insulators 5 and 13 will never be deformed, and the risk of shortcircuiting is eliminated. The inter-electrode creepage distance can be set off large by mutual engagement of the insulators 5 and 13, and also a shortcircuit caused by the arc or tracking phenomenon can be prevented. |
