PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the high speed 2-way drive circuit that requires no signal propagation direction information. SOLUTION: Two drive circuit components are placed in anti-parallel, and when a bus has a high level in a preceding cycle, drive circuit components 115, 116, 117, 118 and a positive power supply are disconnected. Conversely when the bus is at a low level, the drive circuit components 115, 116, 117, 118 and a negative power supply are disconnected. Thus, a holding action of a current level like a conventional latch receiving a positive feedback is avoided and the drive circuit with ideal 2-way can be realized.
