PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable split and removal of a non-product zone from a non- rectangular product zone by a small force and also prevent its roughened split surface. SOLUTION: A product zone 12, a non-product zone 13 and a lug zone 14 are set in a rectangular work-size board. In this case, the work-size board 11 is formed therein with an L-shaped slot 15 so that the slot includes an interface between a projected part 12a of the product zone 12 and the non-product zone 13. At a site of an interface between the product zone 12 and non-product zone 13 other than the slot 15, A V-cut 16 is made on both surfaces of the work-size board 11. Accordingly, when the board is split along the V-cut, the non-product zone 13 can be removed from the product zone 12 with a small force, and its split surface can be made flat.
