PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain output data which are improved with a lapse of time by processing input data by a specific processing system, learning the processing system in real time, and controlling a data processing means. SOLUTION: The real-time learning part 1 of a self-adaptive processing circuit is supplied with input data for learning used to learn the processing system which processes input data for processing, adaptively processes the input data for processing according to the input data for learning and learns the processing system in real time so that the output data are improved with time. A data processing part 2 adaptively processes the input data for processing by the processing system obtained as a result of the learning, and outputs the obtained output data. Consequently, the output data can be obtained which are improved with a lapse of time. |
