PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the number of product sales by using a detector obtained by uniting a vibration detection element and vibration absorbing raw material into one. SOLUTION: Vibrations is detected by a product 5 when the product 5 of an automatic vending machine 1 goes through a pass tube 4 are detected by attaching a detector obtained by uniting vibration absorbing raw material 2 and a vibration detection element 3 into one to the inside of the pass tube 4. Also, because the material 2 can absorb vibrations from the outside of the tube 4, only the vibrations made by the product 5 when it goes through the tube 4 can be detected and the vibrations from the outside can no longer be detected mistakenly. Thus, it is possible to detect the vibrations of the tube 4 through which the product 5 goes and to make a complicated mechanism more simple by using the detector obtained by uniting the element 3 and the material 2 into one.
