PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lock detection accuracy of a dispensation motor as the driving source of a dispensation belt for dispensing coins stored in a coin storage part to a coin dispensing port. SOLUTION: A level-setting table 52 is provided for variably setting the lock detection level of a dispensation motor 41, corresponding to the storage conditions of coins stored in the coin storage part (such as the number of stored coins or the total weight of stored coins). At dispensing of the operation control, a CPU 31 detects the value of a current which flows to the dispensation motor 41, determines the lock detection level corresponding to the storage conditions at current time, while referring to the level setting table 52 and reports the lock state of the dispensation motor 41, when the current value exceeds the lock detection level.
