摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the excellent magnetic characteristic of a semihard magnetic material, by laminating alternately layers A whose main bodies are made of Fe having a magnetism and layers B whose main bodies are made of Cu-based nonmagnetic metal to obtain a multilayer body, and by heating thereafter the multilayer body to part it thereafter in the layers B, and further, by subjecting each parted body thereafter to a cold plastic working. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises processes (1), (2), and (3). In the process (1), after laminating alternately metallic plates to be layers A whose main bodies are made of Fe having a magnetism and Cu-based nonmagnetic metallic plates to be layers B, they are joined to each other by a hot hydrostatic pressing or a hot rolling or the combination thereof, etc., or further, by a cold rolling to form a multilayer body. In the process (2), by heating the obtained multilayer body at an adequate temperature, each Cu-based nonmagnetic metallic layer is parted. This processing is called parting processing. This parting processing is performed at a processing temperature of 685-1085 deg.C and in a retention time of 10-180 minutes. In the process (3), each parted body is subjected thereafter to a cold plastic working to obtain a thin plate having a thickness of 0.03-1.0 mm.
