PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire respective biological information data under the condition that is as much close to when data is recorded as possible by synthetically deciding from the final similarity to 1st biological information and the final similarity to 2nd biological information. SOLUTION: An interacting means 90 performs several questions to a user. Then, a voice data inputting means 20 acquires voice data necessary to authentication from questions and answers with the user. Otherwise, a face data inputting means 30 acquires face data. A voice data similarity calculating means 40 calculates similarity by inputting a designated speaker ID and the voice data sent from the means 20 and sends the calculated similarity to a selecting means A 60. The means A 60 selects one among plural pieces of inputted similarities according to a preliminarily defined rule and sends it to a synthetically judging means 80. The means 80 performs synthetic judgement from the similarity of the voice data sent from the means A 60 and the similarity of face data sent from a selecting means B 70.
