GROUND COIL OF ELECTROMAGNETIC LEVITATION TRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ground coils capable of stably running a superconducting magnet, by restraining pulsation of a magnetic field which is generated at a transition part of panels or beams which are used when ground coils are installed on a guide way. SOLUTION: In ground coils of an electromagnetic levitation train which is constituted of propulsion coils 5 and levitation coils which are installed on a guide way 7, metal plates are installed for transition between panels 6 or beams on which the propulsion coils 5 and the levitation coils are fixed. Change of a magnetic field in a low frequency region which is generated by installation pitch of the panels 6 or the beams is restrained, so that ground coils capable of stably running a superconducting magnet can be supplied.
