PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erase the unnecessary spots and liens which are included in an animation with no much labor nor time required by applying the image processing to the same part set on an object of every image based on the tracked position information and the peripheral image information and suppressing a certain conspicuous part set on each object of a series of images. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a means which tracks the same part of an object that is designated by a preceding image existing on an image continuous to a specific image in terms of time and a means which applies the image processing to the same part of the object of every image based on the tracked information and the peripheral image information. In such a constitution, a certain conspicuous part of each object of a series of images is suppressed. When the feature point positions are decided for all images, an erasing processing part 8 generates an image where a part to be erased is actually erased based on the feature point position information stored in a feature point position storing part 7 and the image information stored in a 1st image storing part 3. Then the image generated at the part 8 is stored in a 2nd moving image storing part 9. The head and subsequent moving images stored in the part 9 are successively reproduced by the instruction of an output indicating part 10.
