PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use the same user ID as a destination, without being aware of the services by allowing an application having received a 1st message, regarding the transmission of one service to send an in-message destination address and a 2nd message including service kind information representing the service kind to a device, which performs address conversion, as needed. SOLUTION: The device is composed of an address solution server 10, application servers 12 to 18, and user terminals 22 to 24. The address solution server 10 solves an address by receiving a request from a client or application server. In the address solution server 10, user IDs given uniquely to users irrespective of services and an original address group of the respective services are managed in the form of a data base. When address solution is requested, information to which service kind information indicating a service kind is received and the address of the corresponding service is solved.
