PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sector antenna device which obtains an equivalent effect of increasing the number of sectors without increasing the number of directional antennas. SOLUTION: This sector antenna device has controlling means 6 and 9 which realize a single mode in which they switches plural directional antennas #1 to #6 one at a time and a compound mode in which they make two adjacent directional antennas a set (e.g. #1 and #2) and switch it, can select each directional antenna in the same as the conventional manner and make it function in the single mode, and realizes the radiation directivity at a middle position between the two directional antennas and realizes radiation directivity directions exceeding the number of prepared directional antennas by selecting two adjacent directional antennas and making them function in the compound mode.
