When a program selected by the viewer (S3) is broadcast at present (S4: Yes), the program is displayed on a 2nd slave screen (S5), and when the program selected by the viewer is a program having already been recorded (S6: Yes), information of the program including information specifying a recording medium having recorded the program or the recorded program is displayed on the 2nd slave screen (S7), and when the selected program is scheduled for future broadcast (S6: No), the information of the program is displayed on the 2nd slave screen (S8).
