PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise components and to enhance sound quality by placing a 1st coil so that an inner circumference of the spiral of the coil is located in the vicinity of a place including a part, corresponding to an outer edge of a 1st magnet pole face of a diaphragm and placing a 2nd coil, so that the inner circumference of the spiral of the coil is located in the vicinity of a place including a part which corresponds to an outer edge of a 2nd magnet pole face of the diaphragm so as to decrease the torsion of the diaphragm. SOLUTION: The polarity of a magnetic pole face of a permanent magnet (m), that is fixed to a support plate 20 placed to a lower side of the title transducer and that faces opposite the support plate differs from a polarity of a magnetic pole face of a permanent magnet M that is fixed to a support plate 28 placed to an upper side of the transducer and that is opposite to the support plate is set, and the magnetic pole faces are made to face opposite each other in close to the diaphragm 26. Thus, the magnetic flux generated from the permanent magnets directs from the face of the N-pole to the face of the S-pole, and the magnetic field in the region between the permanent magnets m, M in the shortest distance is nearly in parallel with the face of the diaphragm. The magnetic field nearly in parallel with the face of the diaphragm is interlinked with each coil on the front side and the rear side of the diaphragm.
