CONDUCTIVE BALL MOUNTING METHOD ON BOARD AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and a device in which a plurality of conductive balls can accurately be attracted at predetermined position of a transfer means in a short time and can be mounted at predetermined positions on a board. SOLUTION: A plurality of conductive balls is mounted on a non-conductive member supplying part of a plurality of boards while the plurality of boards being rotated and transferred by a rotating table which intermittently rotates within a horizontal plane. Therefore, first position deviations of the boards which are set on the rotating table 2 are detected by a CCD camera 4, after that positions of conductive ball attraction means of conductive ball mounting means to mount the conductive balls on the boards are changed corresponding to the position deviations based upon the detected results.
