PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To geometrically form micropores having necessary pore size. SOLUTION: After a flaw, a protrusion or a hole is printed on a surface of a metal foil 30 using a printing press 10 formed by a lithographic technique and having fine and geometrical protrusions 11, electrochemical metal-dissolving treatment is conducted for the metal foil 30 under the presence of a solution of a metal dissolving reagent such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and caustic soda, or a mixted solution thereof, so as to form micropores geometrically.
