PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting structure and a supporting member for a box embedded underground which can be set up simply. SOLUTION: Two split pieces 22a are joined with each other, with a groove 44 fitting on the periphery of a bulkhead body 24, whereby a cylindrical sleeve 22 is constituted. In short, at setup of the sleeve 22, the bulkhead body 24 is incorporated into its inside and is fixed. A reinforcing ring 102 for correcting the shape of the sleeve 22 is set on the periphery of the sleeve 22. As a result, the bulkhead body 24 can be fixed simply and firmly.
