<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage different materials of data forms by further linking an actual file, which is formed by converting a data form of an actual file to which a scenario is linked to the actual file to which the scenario is linked. SOLUTION: When a scenario for multi-media information is created by using the materials such as dynamic images, still images, text, etc., the actual file of the material to be linked from the scenario is linked to the actual file formed by converting its data form. An MPEG1 file 24, an MPEG2 file 25 converted from a DV file 22 or pieces of data about them are inputted by using DV-MPEG conversion technology 23. When such pieces of converted data are inputted, data conversion in an editing device is dispensed with. Thus, since each of the materials is related to the actual files in plural forms for information 21 as well, prompt response to a request for the data form from a terminal to provide the information becomes possible.</p> |
